We believe in science and in women’s own agency. What we don’t believe in: optimising yourself into exhaustion.

We don’t leave our hormones at the door. We bring them to work and manage the symptoms as best we can. On top of that comes an unspoken burden: not wanting to show weakness, dodging stupid comments, just functioning.
That’s mental load too. Together, we look at what working conditions women need to do their best work. With input from outside, but above all by listening to women, seeing them and involving them.

What participants say
A lecture from which I gained an incredible amount! Especially "BYOB – Be Your Own Butler" has accompanied me almost daily ever since and has had a lasting impact on my lifestyle.
I grew up in a generation where topics like menstruation, hormones, and physical changes were often dismissed with a "Don't be such a baby." That's why this lecture was so valuable to me. Eye-opening, thought-provoking, and full of knowledge that every woman should have. Highly recommended!
Alexandra Lochs,
What I found particularly valuable was the encouragement to take a closer look. How can I support myself during the different phases of my cycle? What's good for me, how can I eat appropriately, and why does my body sometimes react the way it does? Even for women who haven't yet explored the topic in depth, the presentation offers an understandable and helpful introduction.
The practical exercises and concrete tools that Karin and Adele shared with us are truly invaluable.
